Safety and enjoyment are our top priorities at Party Planet Hire. To ensure that everyone has a fantastic time, we ask all guests to adhere to the following rules of play:
- Supervision:
- Adult supervision is required at all times. Never leave children unattended while using the equipment.
- Age Limits:
- Please adhere to age specified for each piece of equipment. This information will be provided during setup.
- Footwear and Clothing:
- Shoes must be removed before using inflatables. Socks are recommended.
- No sharp objects, jewelry, or accessories that may damage the equipment.
- Food and Drink:
- No food, drink, or chewing gum is allowed on the equipment to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Safe Play:
- No rough play, flips, or wrestling on the equipment.
- Limit the number of users to avoid overcrowding.
- Weather Conditions:
- In case of strong winds or heavy rain, discontinue use and contact us immediately for assistance.
- Party Planet will be monitoring the weather conditions for your location throughout the duration of your hire. If deemed necessary Party Planet Staff will return to your location, evaluate and shut down equipment as per our Risk Assessment measures. This is to ensure the safety of participants.
- Equipment Care:
- Please avoid using pens, markers, or any items that could damage or stain the equipment.
- No wet Face Paint on the equipment
- Hirer is liable for any damage to the equipment if these rules are not followed correctly.
We reserve the right to refuse service if safety rules are not followed. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping everyone safe and ensuring a fun-filled day!
